SUPR: What does your morning routine look like?

AB: To be honest, it’s short, sharp and snappy. When you wake up as early as I do, you make the most of each minute. I’ll get a glass of water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, ginger and turmeric in me before I’m out the door in a record 9 minutes. I’ll instruct a morning Barry’s class at one of our Sydney studios, then I’ll make sure to squeeze in my morning 20 minute Vedic meditation at the studio, in my car…anywhere! This is a non-negotiable. And of course, there will be a sneaky piccolo in there too ;-)

SUPR: What does ‘health’ mean to you?

AB: I LOVE this question! By definition it can mean the absence of illness or injury, but in reality HEALTH is so much more. The healthier we are, the fuller our lives and days are, and the more rock star we feel. When we come to understand it, it involves more than just our physical health, but relates to how we interact socially, how we mentally, emotionally and spiritually feel, view ourselves and the world around us. We are able to fully harness the healthiest and happiest version of ourselves.

SUPR: What are five things you’ll always have in your fridge / pantry?

AB: Dark chocolate, Avocado, Coffee, Eggs and Nuts

SUPR: What’s your favourite form of movement?

AB: My favourite form of movement is honestly doing what my body is feeling and my mental state can handle. I’m a BIG feeler in this world, and sometimes a walk and a podcast is my favourite thing to do, i.e. all that I can handle. Then other times I feel like a total Super Hero, so will rock a group class at Barry’s.

SUPR: If you weren’t a trainer, what would you be?

AB: I would still to be working in fashion. I worked in magazines in my early 20’s, and if the fitness world didn’t draw me in, I’d still be there.

SUPR: What quote do you live by?

AB: It passes…until then, it teaches - Vienna Pharon

SUPR: Share a fun fact that people wouldn’t know about you

AB: I grew up in Tasmania on a farm, and used to ride a motorbike around the bush. Once a TomBoy, always a tomboy.
